SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Joiflow Vietnam always strives to provide the best delivery service at competitive rates for all orders placed by our customers. We offer nationwide delivery with the following specific shipping policy:

1. Delivery Process:
Joiflow Vietnam partners with reliable delivery services to deliver products directly to customers nationwide: GHN and other distribution partners of Joiflow.

Your order will be attempted for delivery up to 3 times (in case the first delivery attempt fails, our staff will contact you to arrange the 2nd and 3rd delivery attempts. We will try to contact you again within the next 24 working hours. If we are still unable to reach you or receive no response, the order will be deemed invalid).

To check the status of your order, please use the order number sent to you in the confirmation email and contact our customer service department.

At the time of delivery, for orders that have been successfully paid in advance, customers may check the condition and quantity of the items.
If you choose "Cash on Delivery", you can pay the delivery staff directly upon receiving your order.

2. Shipping Costs:
Joiflow Vietnam offers free nationwide shipping for orders with a total payment value of 500,000 VND or more.
For orders valued under 500,000 VND, a flat shipping fee of 25,000 VND will apply nationwide.

3. Delivery Time:
Joiflow Vietnam will deliver goods within the agreed time once the ordering process is fully completed.
Please note that Joiflow Vietnam reserves the right to adjust delivery times in cases of force majeure such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns during delivery, or issues in the shipping process. We will proactively contact customers in such situations to inform them.
