Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • 15-Day Window: You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
  • Product Condition: Please return the original packaging with at least 50 % of the product still inside.
  • Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or a copy of your order confirmation.

2. How to Request a Return

Email shop@joiflow.com within 15 days of delivery.

In your email, include:

  • Your order number
  • Brief reason for return

We’ll review and reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and the warehouse address.

3. Shipping Your Return

  • Customer pays the return shipping cost.
  • Pack the product securely in its original box or a similar sturdy package.
  • Keep your shipping receipt — if we don’t receive it, we may need proof of shipment.

4. Inspection & Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of our receipt of the return.

5. Exchanges

To exchange your product, simply return it under this policy, then place a new order for the item you want.

6. Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, email shop@joiflow.com within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll arrange a free replacement.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless defective or incorrect)
